    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.

    Welcome back IA, am a bit late but been away VERY glad to be reading of exploits once more and excellent on the spider killing. As far as I am concerned if they come into my bed they die. end of.
