Called housing association and council tax to sort them out and get Ste's name taken off. Council tax is sorted and apparently I should hear about my single person discount soon. Housing association won't take any names off the tenancy without us going through solicitiors and me getting a deed of assignment. it's no problem apparently if you're left on. Just means if I default with the rent they chase both of us rather than just me. Still seems stupid though.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
