Finest Cranberry, Blueberry and Almond bars,3 in a box for 42p. Mine were "Use by Jan10"
Other similar bars were about £1,70 a packet.
Also Tesco stainless steel forks , spades, etc were marked up at £6,reduced from £10. I bought a border spade and it went through at £5. (Don't forget to use double up vouchers if you have them for gardening)

I've been trying to get some of that for ages. I use it for pasta salad, but I haven't been able to find it in any of the supermarkets.

    Hi All,

    Hope everybody is well.

I missed the durham tesco extra rugby scrum yesterday, damn.

Anyway I was just wondering if anybody who uses the durham tesco extra knows what times of the day are best to go for reductions of prices.

    Thanks in advance

    Money Fritter

Hi Money Fritter! It does vary considerably, but in my experience, Thursday night's are sometimes good - around 9.30 / 10pm!!!!!!!! :)

I can't avoid a bargain either, no matter how cheap.:D

I still have 3 camera bags I bought when they were a penny each-still with tags. Still no use for them!:rotfl:

I want an aerial lead for a penny! i don't need one, my husband makes them as we need them, he actually puts in aerial wiring, but I still want one.

I also have a few of the tiny camera bags from when they were a penny, and some travel coat hangers too! Never used any of them but I am sure I will find a use in the next 20 years! :T
