Weve noticed this week in some of our local tescos there has been good reductions on selected herbal teas, jars of coffee, packets of coffee type drinks like cappuccino etc, jars of coffee mate and cans and cups of ready made coffee drinks.
Today we found value shower gel at 10p although I'm not sure whether this was reduced or the normal price. Also there was some good reductions in the frozen section.
Thank you for the heads up I can see shopping trips takin even longer over the next few weeks as we look for all the bargains lol!!!!!0 -
Noticed yesterday, at the Hartlepool Tesco Extra, as you walk in the store;
- Dogadan apple tea (20 bags) 77p (were £1.44)
- Crusha banana milkshake carton 250ml 32p (were 64p)
- De Cecco gnocci di patate 500g £1.14 (was £2.29)
- Guava juice carton 22p (was 44p)
Elsewhere in-store
- Treaclemoon rich handcream 150ml 92p (was £1.22)
- bnatural 30 organic cleansing wipes £1.37 (was £2.73)
- Normandie hot salt detox rub 650g glass jar £1.47 (was £2.94)
- Organic bananas 42p (were £1.69)
- Pomegranates 50p (were £1.99)
- Fresh fruit salad 160g 38p (was £1.50)
- Organic new potatoes 38p (were £1.50)
- Food Doctor high bran seed bagels 65p (were £1.29)
- Fresh rice noodles 25p (were £1.00)
- Organic houmous 200g 25p (was 99p)
- Meat Free butternut & cranberry roast 25p (was 49p)
- Walls Solero blackberry & banana smoothie lollies 47p (were 95p)
Massive bargains to be had - my total bill (which included some items I've not put here; tea. Lloyd Grossman sauces & quorn) should have been £35.65 - however, with all the reductions it came to £21.27 - with a £4 coupon off, green clubcard points and a 75-point coupon for spending £5 on frozen food, the final total was £17.27!0 -
Hi, in a Tesco Extra today I bought two lots of Blanx Sensitive Whitening toothpaste for 87p each. These are normally £6.99! Loads on the shelf in their regular place.0

Bought today Tesco Fairtrade Strawberry Conserve, 26p a jar and Tesco Fairtrade Apricot Conserve, 29p a jar. Just in the normal jam section not on a special reduced section or anything. Labelled as reduced to clear on the shelf but they have long dates of 2012 and 2011 respectively.0

I would love to try this! Has anyone got a barcode so I can ring round. Or has anyone had any luck in the Leicester area stores please?
Thanks0 -

Thanks
I tried these out last night and they are £6.99 as priced unfortunately. The one I tried was in a white and black box.0 -

Thanks for that. I did the same, I tried all the ones in my local store and they were all £6.99. However there wasn't any of the sensitive ones on the shelf.
I've just rang customer services and they say that the sensitive one is now discontinued and was reduced however all stores show zero stock because of the discontinuation. Just a case of dropping lucky on the reduced shelf of a local store. What a shame0 -
we got some of the sensitive blanx in our tescos. it's in a white box with blue writing and was on a reduced end in the toiletry section. married to the man of my dreams! 9-08-090

I'm so jealous!!. I've been to Leicester Beaumont Leys today and then over to Loughborough as these are big stores hoping to get some. Neither have any (I also looked on the reduced end)
May I ask which stores you are talking about that have stock. Maybe they aren't too far away from me???0 -
