we got some of the sensitive blanx in our tescos. it's in a white box with blue writing and was on a reduced end in the toiletry section.

I tried Ashby and surrounding express stores but nothing. I think i've exhausted all stores in my area!

Can anyone tell me where they've seen some so I can ring the store direct and see if they would send it over. I've rang head office but as its now discontinued all the stores show zero stock :(

Well I've scoured my area for that Blanx whitening toothpaste reduced to 87p and there is none.

If anyone fancies purchasing me some and sending it me through the post I will send back a couple of luxury hand made soaps made with fair trade shea and cocoa butters. These usually sell for between £3 and £3.50 a bar.

To make postage worthwhile I could do with three or four tubes of the toothpaste and of course I will be paying all costs for purchasing/postage.

Give me a pm if you can help please...... worth asking innit! :D

The Durham Tesco Extra was a rugby scrum today - the store had stacked all reduced items in crates as you walked in (except the deli serving hot chicken / sausages - these were reduced and kept there) :0 The items were marked with a yellow sticker - no prices. Shoppers were asked to make their way to two specific aisles, which had been set up to deal with the onslaught. I've never seen so many people hunt for a bargain! Fruit, vegetables, salad, yoghurt, pastries, cold meats...all were dramatically reduced. Has anyone else come across this recently?

    Hi All,

    Hope everybody is well.

I missed the durham tesco extra rugby scrum yesterday, damn.

Anyway I was just wondering if anybody who uses the durham tesco extra knows what times of the day are best to go for reductions of prices.

    Thanks in advance

Aww thank you for looking, its really appreciated :A

I think my luck has run out on this one. I rang Tesco customer service again this morning just in case but they said I would have to ring around each store and ask them as individually as discontinued stock shows as nil.

I've even had my family looking in their stores in Yorkshire but no luck.

Ah well. I won't be having teeth like this

It's worth looking carefully through the sale (food etc) items at Tesco as they seem to be a bit haphazard in marking-down their prices and you could end up with a large size product for the same price as the smaller version.
Yesterday, they had 75cl bottles of red wine (2006 Baron de la tour Fitou reserve) reduced from £4.99 to £3.74 (which wasn't that good a reduction) but they also had 1 litre bottles for the same price - it's really nice wine and a bargain as I bought 6 so had another 5% off.
The Tisserand oils are priced at £3.xx whether they're 9ml or 20ml, so make sure you look to see if they have larger sizes of the same product.
