Shy at the till, don't worry I agree - yes of course if it has some other terrible ingredient that's somewhat negated, but your advice holds true, it's the ppm of the fluoride that's significant and many cheap toothpastes do hold up to that test - I for one can't see a good reason to buy expensive toothpaste!On the up

Yogurts are now 40p for the 4-pack.
I bought two packets yesterday at Sainsburys at 15p each. I just wondered how long they would be available at that price and if the Tesco/Morrison/Asda would be reducing their value yogurts at 15p to later increase their price. We all know their tactics, don't we?0 -
Hi, not sure if this comes under here, but I was in tesco and they are currently doing 3 magazines for the price of 2, titles in my local store were Heat, Grazia, More and another which I have since forgotten!

I bought these and they are nice. I think the peach one is about 110 calories. Not much fruit in them, but you don't expect it really. Hmm I fancy one now poured over some fresh peaches....0

I bought some this week too and I'm impressed they are lovely. Had the black cherry one after lunch, was 95 cals I think.
