Sock monkeys!

Hi Ladies. Nice to see we have some new sock monkey creators. nice monkeys again stardrops, can I borrow your mum for a few days please to use some of my wool.

well as some of you may remember I always take a monkey on my travels, so here is the latest ...and as per usual she was adopted and never made it home.

Google or ebay for suckers/suction cups, i found loads pretty cheap

A little naked Stardrops but she was on the beach in 42 degree temps.. Lol

Thanks for your lovely comment Sam. I bought the suckers from Wilko costing about 50p for 4.

Thanks for your comment. The eyes are 15mm in diameter and they are sew on ones.

Well ive gone & done it...ive made my first sock monkey....its not perfect but im happy with him for my first attemp & im def. gonna make some more!

Anyway dd loves him & claimed him before i was finished!
