So what do i do now.? Just wait + see if he responds.?

I wouldnt hold your breath. I complained when i found a pubic hair on top of my cheeseburger(seriously !!:eek:). They never even replied. macdonalds in my opinion are the worst ever to listen to complaints. You have to complain there and then at the time or not much sucess.

I also got an email today from starbucks because my drink wasn't very full.. They're sending me some vouchers as a goodwill gesture!

After contacting nestle about buying some out of date food I received a cheque for £3 today more than I spent on the food in the first place!!

I had a complaint about waiting times and out of date vouchers. I also got the franchise reply. They did get back to me but just with a 'thanks for letting me know i'll be speaking to the restaurant manager etc etc.' No vouchers or any kind of compensation but at least they replied I suppose!

Ewwww. i seriously am now recondsidering as to where i eat... + McDonalds isn't looking too good at being on my list...!! I would of carried on + on with a complaint til i got somewhere with that.
I deffo am gunna be carrying on with this one. I want a decent apology at least.!!

I haven't received any samples from letters or e-mails recently so I'm feeling a bit about that!

However, I e-mailed Walkers crisps yesterday stating that I am hosting a children's birthday party and will need to buy loads of packets of crisps, so could they, you know, help me out with that a bit...

I'm not really expecting any great joy, but we shall see....

I am thinking of using the same trick with Coca Cola, although I can only find a postal address for them and I have no stamps left :rolleyes:.

I've sent off a letter to KFC customer services for the poor service, and poor meal my dad received, lets see what they send back.
