Todays complaints

Me Love sushi takeaway - Complained about the salad smelling a bit funny. Didn't expect anything just wanted it rectified. Sent apology and are sending me vouchers in post Nothing in the post as yet Received a £5 voucher v happy

Emailed aunt bessies as some y puds cooked inside out.... dont ask Responed asking for codes from packaging but I have thrown it away :-(
I replied saying I hadn't got packing but would keep it if it happened again. yesterday 3x£1 vouchers turned up in the post!!

Emailed Cafe Nero as coffe has gone really bitter over last 2 weeks and have had 3 half full coffees. Responce saying that they are going to contact the store and look in to it. Got an email saying they were going to retrain the staff and look into all the issues. Nice long email good response and as a bonus they are going to be sending me VIP vouchers.. no idea what they are though?!

Am about to email tesco about some stuffing we had yesterday. Its the same stuffing as usual but in a smaller pack as there was only 2 of us. It had a really bitter after taste, no nice at all. We normally demolish a pack this size but we hardly ate any as it really wasn't nice. Still have another pack in the cupboard too :-(

Received skinny cow samples today as well! Was starting to get jealous with all u guys saying how yummy yours were lol. Can't wait to give them a try

I email Nivea for some samples and got an email back saying that dues to current economical climate they were unable to offer samples as sample bottles cost too much and they only make them for new products, was worth a try i suppose, any 1 had any luck with any stationary i go through loads if any1 go any ideas could you post or pm me plz

Nivea are offering a couple of free samples on their website at the moment. https://www.nivea.co.uk/home and look at 'free product samples' on the right hand side. (There's also threads about them here on the freebies board.) If you're interested in Nivea samples, it's worth keeping an eye on their website - they change the samples every couple of months or so.

Got a lovely package from Lush today with samples of:
Rock Star soap
17 Cherry tree Lane soap
Freeze shower gel
Veganese Conditioner
Vanilla Dee-lite (not too sure exactly what this is, will have to look on Lush website to find out).
