:beer:I love this place :j:T:j0 -
I was not trying to wangle a freebie becuse I did this in person, but I complimented someone from Subway in person and they said emails are not passed on if they're praise, only complaints. They don't get many in this branch.0

Wrote to Air-Wick after their timer-spray thingys didn't work. They just refused to spray when they said they were going to. I was sent a cheque to cover their cost (£12) and am very pleased with this company who were easy to deal with.
Bought some frozen cauliflour from a local store near me by "Ross". It had been frozen and unfrozen and then frozen again. It was all in bits- where it had been refrozen and it did not look good inside, black and with slugs....
I complained to my council for the purposes of health and hygiene who siad they visited and saw no causes for complaint. (Shame they didn't buy anything frozen to test but if I need to spell that out to them you gotta wonder if they did buy a packet with worms, slugs and rats in, that they may infact think it was edible anyway).
I also wrote to Ross, now over a month ago. They do state on the packet to let them know if anything was not up to standard regarding the food inside or how it arrived to you. I have heard nothing back. Has influenced any food I buy as I now see them as a company that do not care. How do I know how far that streches to? Would rather not take the risk and will stick to shopping (a) and tescos/sainsburys and (b) for supermarkets own products. Atleast there are faces to complain to there.0 -
I have quite sensitive skin due to a change in medication reently, and have been emailing various companies for various freebies for help. I've started off with three:
Moulton Brown: Am currently waiting for a reply
Neal's Yard: Waiting for a reply
Lush: Result - got a lovely email, with recommendations and a promise of samples!
Any other companies I could try?
Thanks for any help!0
