Hi, I would try the contact form on their website here. They should at least be able to send it onto the right place :) hth

Thanks for that - sent them a message about the problem and they have credited my advantage card with 700 points as an apology - the product cost ~£3.50 so really got my money back for the useless item plus another £3.50 too and what I was most impressed with was their very quick response - well done boots

  • Another £3 from Premier Foods (Ambrosia, specifically) - I had another two pots of custard which were out of date (bought only last week) by 4 months because no-one can read the flippin' use by date! Also complained to Morrisons where I bought it, but think they're not really to blame when people need 20/20+ vision to read the obscured date.
  • I am running out of vouchers! Must compliment some more lovely foods.
  • wife complained to yorkshire tea as our teags been ripping when trying to seperate...today we got a HUGE box of free tea bags (240) n a marmalade cake :)
  • I had a genuine complaint about a pack of pampers, and got £10 of vouchers today - shot straight to sainsburys that have their 1/3 off baby toilettries just now, and did very well!
    :DPlease, pretty please!:D
  • So as you'll probably notice, I've only found out about this whole idea a couple of days ago. I'm actually surprised at how easily some companies will give out samples and vouchers just for paying genuine compliments. So I gave it a go for the first time last night.

Thank you e-mail from Yorkshire Tea, passing comments on to marketing team. (Compliment)

Thank you e-mail from Cathedral City Cheese, asked for my address to send vouchers. (Compliment)

Thank you e-mail from Krispy Kreme (Compliment having had them in Canada, and query as to opening stores in Scotland)

Thank you e-mail from Greggs. (Compliment)

Thank you e-mail from Options, asked for my address to send samples. (Compliment)

I never once asked for samples or freebies. Seems like a lot of companies do enjoy genuine feedback and are willing to dish out a couple of samples or vouchers here and there. So yeah, I'm pretty much addicted to this website now. Thanks for the help everyone.

It is very addictive! I love that fact that some companies don't tell you they are sending anything and when the post arrives I get all excited! Sad really how much pleasure a few vouchers brings me!LOL!
