I would say that while you accept their apology, you would like to continue using their products and don't feel you should be out of pocket by a faulty batch of their product and that you would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the product.
They may send vouchers as a sign of goodwill without including it in the email so maybe wait a few days before sending a response.0

            Yesterday I got 2 x 30p Bebivita vouchers
No not at all - that's a load of rubbish - if you have a look on the coupon thread they are really clued up on supermarket policies but I have bought stuff at Asda and paid the whole amount in coupons.
 https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3494051
Thanks for that, I phoned ASDA head office and they told me this is rubbish also.
They have contacted the store on my behalf to remind them of the policy, and given me a case reference number to quote in case of further problems.
Which is great as I am saving up my coupons for a christmas shop, and should be able to use them all in one go.
Now if I write a letter to those nice people at Gordon's gin would that work maybe...............0

Hey, I submitted a couple of emails and over last few days I've received:
cathedral city voucher (for large block of cheese - worth 5.20)
a voucher for a free box of victoria foods cake mix
 some l'occitane perfume samples
a 18.95 cheque and voucher for free pizza from dominos (this was due to a genuine complaint - but a fairly minor one so was surprised at their genoristy)
 Some blue dragon samples
I'm so pleased, they've been a great help to me0

Having seen everyone getting vouchers from Cathedral City Cheese, I am going to give them a wee email telling them how we adore that cheese *drool* and I think I might try Lee Stafford, sounds daft but I use one of his products and its really worked wonders for me so I might as well let him know!0

I complained to Papa Johns about their garlic dipping sauce, as I find it vile...I am now a product tester, and last night tested their "Papa Johns Favourite" for free...got told that with each new pizza they bring out, I can test it for free provided I give honest feedback within 1 week.
