Whats the longest time after a complaint you can contact a company? We went to turkey in august with a well known tour company, landed around midnight and got dropped off at thewrong hotel around 1:30 am by their transfer bus, phoned their helpdesk and was told to get a taxi to the hotel... long story short it was 3:00 am when we got to the hotel, awful really, was reimbursed by the rep for taxi fare and expected to hear more when we returned but nothing. anyone know if its too late to complain? there are more details I have not posted which add up to an ongoing problem with this british company

I wrote to Garnier a couple of months ago because I was disappointed with their New Mineral Deodorant.
I cheekly asked them if I could have some vouchers to replace the money I had spent, which they did, and they asked me to send back the deodorants, which I did and I expected that to be the end of it.
Today the postie brought me a package, with a letter saying they had investigated my claims and they have now revised the Deodorant!!!!!!!!!! :eek:
And as a small thank you they have sent me a new deodorant to try and review, one of those eye roll on thingies and a few other bits and bobs.
Whoop Whoop I am absolutely delighted :j:j and it goes to show that it is worth letting these companies know when you are dissapointed. :T:T:T

contacted Cadburys Roses a week ago about a complaint-one of the chocolates had no wrapper on them when I opened the box-still haven't heard a reply, any suggestions of what I should do? really appreciated.

How did you contact them? I also complained to Cadburys (through the website) and I got my first reply quite quick asking me to send them the product...just waiting for my 2nd reply now!!Addicted to MSE0
