Compliments

Boots no 7 eye shadow set
voucher for free pack of Clover
3 x £1 voucher from Andrex
10 samples packs of coffee from Rogers Estate Coffee
Pack of 4 triple choc king cupcakes from Fabulous Bakin' Boys
Complaints
Giftcard from Sainsburys for complaint about taste of value brown sausce. Said they sent £2 but scanned at £4!
2 x £2 Walkers vouchers as packet of crisps tasted stale but was within sell by date.
Really pleased!

So far I've only had one compliment success!! Have you just told these companies that you like their products or have you asked for samples too? Also, do you tend to contact them by email or post??

I asked for the coffee samples but the others were just email compliments saying how much I enjoyed their products. Try e-mailing the ones I have.

my compliment successes are from saying how much i or kids like a certain product, had some hits and misses so far. all hand written letters.

Looks like I spoke too soon this morning - just got a £2 voucher from Alberto (also V05) for my email compliment last week

Also xx nectar points because my free baby bundle still hasn't arrived (and I have been waiting 8 weeks)

I've just sent a genuine complaint to Greggs about a sandwich I bought which was labelled as a cheese salad sandwich but when I bit into it, I found a piece of ham and I'm vegetarian :mad:

Has anyone ever had a response from Greggs in the past?
