Hey guys, first post here.

After browsing the forums for the last month or so and seeing this thread I thought I would write to the Hilton with a genuine complaint. I have now received a complimentary 1 nights stay at the Hilton of my choice for myself and partner. Will hopefully make a lovely night out :-)

Genuine complaint to country life butter. I did'nt have the tub left (they wanted the batch code) but received a voucher for a complimentary tub of 500g butter

Also got 4 balloons from silly jokes (I think thats their name).

I've been inspired by you lot! I emailed some places telling them how much I like their product, and then asked if they wanted to send some samples for my dance competition finalists

Vaseline - No
Jordans - No
Lush - No (but if you buy something, and ask for samples they should send you some, they said)
Lipcote - yes

Still waiting to hear back from a couple of places, and trying to think of others!
