I've given up on Manchester, I won't let anyone else drive my car so it's Jetparks, after wait nearly 2 hours for a transport bus at -5 I refuse to fly from there. I go to Lanzarote, and normally fly from Liverpool, park just across the road not even a 2 min walk.

taxi each would would be £50 so parking is still slightly cheaper

Sign up to airport emails.  You will then receive the regular 10-25% off car parking offers.  It was 15% this week.

reviving old thread.
We have an 08:15 flight for 5 of us from T3 on a Sunday morning.

I was considering parking near the South Wythenshawe Hospital Limb Centre (just off Sharston interchnage) and then getting the 43 bus at 06:35, arriving at the MAN bus interchange for about 06:50.

No bags to check in and we're not going to any country in EU so no ESTA required.

Hoping 1 hour will be sufficient.

Backup plan in case bus doesn't arrive is to book parking that is cancellable upto 15 mins before.

Any alternative thoughts?

Have you factored in the time the gate will close before the 8.15 departure? It may leave you less than an hour - that's tight for getting through security and making your way to the gate. It would be too stressful for me! I'd just book parking at the airport or get a taxi if that's the earliest bus you can get.
