Cheap Airport Parking: Manc'ster & L'pool Airports hints, tips and local parking
This year we paid the extra to shift our flights from Manchester to Newcastle. Extra cost was more than covered by the cheaper hotels and parking.
When I used NCL for business recently it reminded me of Luton in the mid 1990's before they 'merchandised' it - a dream of an airport to fly from.
Manchester was okay twenty years ago but last few times I flew from there it was a toilet, including turning up at a pre-paid car park to be told they had been overbooked and to '... off somewhere else pal'.
I've given up on Manchester, I won't let anyone else drive my car so it's Jetparks, after wait nearly 2 hours for a transport bus at -5 I refuse to fly from there. I go to Lanzarote, and normally fly from Liverpool, park just across the road not even a 2 min walk.
