Hi all,

I’m looking for cheap parking at East Midlands airport. First time travel abroad. Flight times are un sociable so driving is the only option. I don’t know where to start or who to avoid.

Just got a weeks on-airport parking at Birmingham for £37 by going to NCP and then using the code BDA10. (£10 off over £40)

I thought this was quite reasonable so thought I would share.
Also used topcashback just in case (although it is unlikely with the code being used).

Someone borrowed my car to drop family off at the IBIS hotel, they stopped outside in the hotel drop off layby with the sign clearly visible in the PCN I received about 10 days later. Even though the large sign says Hotel drop-off.

If you use the wrong lane as you enter, your stuck because they wont let you reverse out.

Watch which lane your in and where you stop, seems your not allowed to read the terms and conditions on the signs.

Looking for any tips in order to book cheap(ish) parking on site at Birmingham next June.

Got some quotes and finding it VERY expensive - £128 for 1 week's valet parking on-site. For comparison, I booked on-airport valet parking at Gatwick for 3 WEEKS in May/June this year for £119!!! :rotfl: And that was only booked 5 weeks before travel. Didn't realise real estate was more expensive on the outskirts of Brum than the South East!!

Am I actually booking too early to get a decent price?

Has anyone had any experience of Airparks at Birmingham. It's hard to find reviews as they are from other airports as well. I will be doing the park and ride and travelling on Sunday's.
