How to spoil my weekend.

Got a letter from the OR today, asking me in for an interview on 3 March. Doesn't say why and says it will last 2-3 hours.
I am so fed up. I went BR 7 months ago, they had all the info they wanted off me back in October and suddenly, I get this. OH said he is coming with me, he wants to make a complaint about how this has been handled. I know the OR has a job to do, but I feel I have been left hanging for 7 months, I have provided absolutely everything they wanted, had three long OR telephone calls, sent back loads of information, ages ago, and I now have to sit through an interview. I have no more information to give, so I don't understand why.

Sorry to hear that summer, I would have thought with the amount of new cases on their hands they would want to get rid of some not make matters worse!
Good luck in march and let us know how it all goes0 -
Oh summer another thing to worry about. So sorry you getting all this grief.
Give the OR a call on monday and ask if they can give you some idea of what it's about. Maybe they are going to make a final decision about a BRU. Hi. Just feeling really down, I had put it all behind me, hadn't heard anything about a BRO since October. Just had letters about the property recently.
I actually have just got myself a job, after being out of work for a year due to depression. Its 11 hours a week and perfect for me. I was going to ring the OR on Monday anyway and tell him, as I assume he will have to go through a SoA with me, though I doubt I will have an IPA, as I won't be earning very much. The interview appointment is my first day at my new job, so I will have to change the interview date. I was so excited about the job, now I have this hanging over me.

It does sound like it's to finally make a decision about a BRU, that's what they did with Scarlett, called her in for an interview, then she got a letter confirming.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

Similar thing happened to me, went BR Apr last year, had a F2F interview straight away, then heard nothing till December telling me they wanted me to go in again for another interview.
TBH I was bricking myself, but it wasn't too bad. They'd got all my financial info in front of them, and a list of questions that they went through. It wasnt an interrogation or anything and at the end of it the examiner said the reason I'd been asked in was they wanted to ascertain whether I'd been spending knowing that I had no means to pay it back, and if so whether to apply a BRO. She said her recommendation would be that no BRO be sought as she was satisfied that I'd taken debt on while capable of paying it back.
A few of the things they asked were things they asked at my first interview, and others were more specific, ie 'what was this deposit', 'when did you decide BR was your only option', 'did you consider selling your house' etc0 -
When you phone you can ask what more information they might need so you can be prepared - that isn't unreasonable.

Thanks for the replies everyone.
Its just that in October, he said I could get a BRO but he wasn't sure, so I said ok, when would I know, and he said it wouldn't be long. I obviously got shoved to the bottom of the pile again. I know they have a job to do, but don't think they realise the effect this has on your health, with it all hanging over you. I have not had an anxiety attack since before Christmas and last night, I had a knot in my stomach and my heart was racing. I can take whatever punishment it is, just wish they had dealt with it all sooner.
I am ringing the OR tomorrow, to tell them of my new job, and to ask them what its all about and can I change the date, as I start my new job on the same day as the interview."Ginger Rogers did everything Fred Astaire did, except backwards and in high heels"
