Its a special (free) program for Cahoot current account or credit card customers. Basically you download a small program and login as you would to thier website. It then asks you how much of a transaction limit you would like to generate a webcard for, and magiaclly a Whole new credit card is genereated that can only be used once, and for a maxium of the amount specified.
