although payment has been taken out!! will wait another few days then give them a ring!!
There should be a tracking number if your item has been posted. Login to Play.com and take a note of the tracking number. If you click it, it takes you to the RoyalMail website which is wrong. You need to enter the number on http://www.parcelforce.com to find out where your order is.0 -
My boyfriend rang Play today to ask how long they will be 'Awaiting Stock' for, as it gives no estimation on their site. Apparently they said it can be anything 'up to 28 days'
So for all of you who have ordered with play, and still have that status, be prepared to wait! I don't think Play know themselves when they will be getting them, so just giving the 28 day answer, but I do have a feeling it could be a while..
As I say, mine took just under two weeks to change from Awaiting Stock. I figured that I could always cancel the order if I managed to get one from somewhere else but never managed that. At least you've got one on order incase you can't get another. The stock checkers are great but you really have to be fast to bag one at £69.99.0 -
Argh... John Lewis had stock earlier, it said 'more than 10 in stock' on their site, but by the time we had put in our card details, it had gone out of the basket.. so we didn't get it
Never quick enough, lol0 -

Tell me about it.. I don't know how some people order them so quick. Twice this week I've been putting card details in for a 69.99 one (John Lewis, Toys r Us) and by the time Ive done it, it's gone!
You need to be lightening fast0 -

Yeah, they take 13% of the final value, don't they? It's their version of VAT. Plus the listing fees, and the paypal transaction fees...
Would be better selling it elsewhere.0 -
