Hi all, just got back from Home Bargains in Rhyl and they had Little Miss and Mr Men plates, bowls and tumblers for 50p each, I picked up a set of Little Miss Daredevil (coz she is!) for christmas. Hopefully there will be some left by payday on friday so I can pick some more up!

They also had Spiderman sets in boxes of plate, dish, cup, and cutlery for £2.49 and other various bit a pieces to match.

They had big boxes of Golden Wonder crisps (40 bags) for £2.49 which is a good buy except they go out of date 25th October but ideal for big families that would eat them by then!!

    Kristi x

Golden Wonder crisps are dated November when you open the box :T

Brought Wooden Jacobs Ladder 99p for stocking fillers - £3 in Past Times.

Also, they'd still taste fine for sometime afterwards too.
It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!

  • Can anyone tell me what the Queensway/Bletchley store is like? How big is it? Im determined to visit HB before xmas but havent got one nearby and it takes 1hr 20 mins to get to the nearest one! I know they have different stuff in all the time, just wondered if it generally gets the good deals in or not? Thanks. :)

I haven't visited any other stores to compare it with, but it used to be a medium sized supermarket. I keep my eye out for the bargains listed here, but don't often see them. I hope this helps.
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.
