  • Durham HB had folding Mancala games for £2.xx, very similar to this, made from wood.

  • was in Telford HB today, no sign of disney chairs but did manage to buy lots of other things;
    wall decals from £1.69, fish, flowers, animals, space
    wall decal height charts rocket and another one (sorry memory lapsed)
    phone charms 19p - great for daughters schoolfriends at christmas,all sorted for £2!
    Internet treasure hunt £2.99 We've had one of these before and the kids really enjoyed the 'hunt'.
    gorgeous heart shaped bedroom rugs in pink with coloured pompoms around the edge, another cheapy £2.99.
    square mirror with lovely butterfly border £1.99
    lots of hugs! blobs of clay type characters that are 'hugs' i got thankyou hugs ideal for those little moments when you want to say ...thanks 29p each
    Tamagotchi phone charm sets 99p
    and finally a stress oracle at £2.49 .... I'll put in staff room Monday.
    Phew, and I only went in for some bottled water .... which reminds me large bottles of lucozade sport 69peach

  • I had my first trip to our new Home Bargains. The queue was pretty bad but i picked up some useful things. The pair of pillowcase at £2.49 are nice quality 200 thread count egyptian cotton. But watch out for the Knorr fajihta sauce 19p, by god it's hot.

    I think thats because the Urmston store is just a temporary unit till the Urmston shopping centre development is finished and it doesn't have much choice.

    I have been heading to the Stretford Arndale store. Its far far better. :D
    Aims for 2014
    Drink a glass of water a day, Empty handbag at least once a week, Continue "not putting things off" and tackle things head on, Treasure people around me, Stay healthy and well away from hospitals, Continue to declutter/decorate house slowly and not get stressed because I can't do everything at once. :D
