  • As far as I know home bargains stores don't accept coupons. Colwyn Bay HB had notices in store saying that when it opened although I haven't noticed them recently.

In Bletchley today - 21st Century Toys plastic model kits (Japanese Zero and German Stuka) £1.99 each - hubby is very into his modelling and says these kits are very good value for money, with excellent decals.http://www.plasticmodelkits.net/catalog/index.php?cPath=10_109999118 @ £9.47 each.

If there are any other keen plastic kit modellers out there - Johnsons Klear floor polish I am told is useful but discontinued. It's in HB @ £2.49 a bottle.
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.

  • I have successfully used money off vouchers in Loughborough twice recently. Don't usually make a habit of it but I had some £1 off baby wipes (Huggies, Pampers) vouchers and decided to use them in HB as their branded wipes are only £1 :j

They were accepted without a fuss.

I've used the £2 Finish coupon off Quantum packs at £2.99. SA had to call Supervisor to authorise, but no probs. :j

Llandudno store have had plants in again over the past couple of days. On Friday they had big (1 litre) pot plants including begonias and dahlias for 99p. Everybody in the shop seemed to have a couple in their baskets. Yesterday it was trays of six bizzy lizzies or petunias, also 99p.

These came in very handy as they will fill the large terracotta pots which I bought over the road in B&Q and had been reduced from £12.99 to £2.00:beer:.
The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water
