  • Had some nice packs of Hallmark wrapping paper with gift tags for 29p

I also bought some of these from the Preston branch. Some had pictures of beer on so perfect for some Father's day pressies. Price was £1.39 (Asda) but sells for 29p.

Last year I posted that they were selling vesagex heel balm. It was priced at £2.99. As it was really good I wondered if anyone had seen it this year??

Also whilst I'm asking questions, anyone know when the Cleveleys branch opens??
Now thanks to Tommix & Queen Bear, now Lady Westy of Woodpecker :)

Finally could not resist the luxury chocolate bars in a bag that so many of you have drooled over. Just what I needed as I sat down to watch the final furlong of the Apprentice on Sunday evening. uuurgh ...coffee!!
    All of them .............
on a positive note ....the diet is going well still:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
So bit of advice, the 1inch dome/ball shaped ones are coffee, and if you don't mind having a bit of a fondle in the shop you can avoid my disappointment. any clues to other shapes/flavours gratefully received.

The lemon ones are also similar shape/size to the coffee ones! I must have been lucky - had 1 lemon/2 coffee/1 chocolate mousse/lots of fudge in mine.
Definately worth fondling for a mixed bag :p
    Now proud Mumto3 :j

Rutherglen branch has had a floor move, makes it abit 'fresher' to look at. The food is now in the middle aisles of the store with the stationary at the far end.

Had some nice packs of Hallmark wrapping paper with gift tags for 29p

Had battery powered kids toothbrushes which play a Black eyed peas song for £1.99, bit of a novelty but anything to get them to brush their teeth is good!

Was in looking for the big boxes of Ariel tabs but none :(

Forgot to look in the new Pound-Mart which has opened outside Rutherglen shopping arcade where Woolies was. Anyone know if its any good?
the tooth tunes kids brushes are £8 in argos slightly less at amazon these are quite good as the music dims if they are not brushing effectivly also times them for 2 mins
not sure i would pay £8 tho

And you all laughed when I said I was fondling the bags :D
The lemon ones are quite 'tall' and smooth on the top
