The bottle said to pour entire contents and then leave for 30mins adding boiling water.I left it overnight instead.I must say it worked a treat. My girlfriend has long hair and it seems to get everywhere. The sink was drainning very slowly for days and now it's perfect. Will be buying a few more this week. One for my bath, one for my kitchen sink and a couple of spares.Great bargin which does the job, all for a gold nugget.10/10
The product comes in a large orange bottle.
after finding the waste pipe is blocked,i used 2 bottes, left it for 16 hours,STILL BLOCKED,sorry dont rate it.i used a flexi pipe from screwfix ,but somehow its still blocked, used it from sink and from outlet pipe at drain end, looks like i will have to get plumber, unless i can get ideas from some one.0 -
Have you tried undoing the waste trap under the sink, and giving it a wash in a bucket of hot soapy water? Stuff can get stuck in the u-bend.
Here's a Youtube clip, I'd be wearing gloves

For general weekly clean, bi carb and white vinegar left overnight does a good job.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.

I am still struggling with the ones that show you how to iron a shirt.:D:A
Hey if that product did not work then it may be that it is telling you that its not an easy shiftable problem. In that case then follow the video clip or call a plumber.
Point to be careful about with a product you dont know though is that if its strong enough to remove the blockage it may also be strong enough to dissolve something else that you dont want dissolved ie the rubber around the joints. So be careful what you buy.
Second hint. Stick with bald headed women............less harmful on the sinks.:cool:0 -

Try and locate a product called volcano, it's made by a company called Maxam. It's thermo-reactive in operation and shifts soap scum, hair, grease oil etc etc. Needs handled with caution and use in a well ventilated room.Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0
