  • I'm really pleased that we've got a Poundland opening near us tomorrow. Our old one closed down over a year ago & we've really missed it! Guess where I'm heading off to in the morning?!
  • i got my 2 year old some fish stickers today in there for 50p!! woah, thats a whole 50% off *giggle*
  • Still had all the school stuff out not for long though by the sounds of things...Haloween stuff next week...I wonder when the xmas stuff will be in ???
If it's the same as last year....around Oct 31st. We took down the Halloween stuff the day before last year and then duly started on the Christmas stuff.

Which includes Christmas music being played all through Nov and Dec. All day every day.

Got a pack of 5 coloured tissue paper today. Great if you make gift baskets up etc. I thought they had 35 sheets but just counted and there is 50.

Got nice gift bags in matching colours, 3 biggish ones or 4 smaller ones, look really nice with the gift wrapped in tissue and popped inside.

Lots of Scooby Doo bits and Golden Compass figures, also got the microfibre towels (label says car towel) - really good for drying dds' hair or the dog, they don't share btw! ;)
GC Oct £387.69/£400, GC Nov £312.58/£400, GC Dec £111.87/£400
  • *shudders* I hate the feel of those microfibre things.

Today I put out: Rubix cubes (and someone took one out of the box and scrambled it up, cue me being annoyed cos I couldn't work out how to put it back together), some girly things (a toy phone, some bendable dolls, some wind up ponies and a toy mp3 player) and not a lot else.
