Loads of items were 50p in Poundland today - Cheddars 150g pack, three types of 160g Haribo, Meadowfresh WUL 450ml with 50% extra free, packs of Christmas biscuits (puff pastry christmas trees), tiny boxes of Terry's All Gold.
Now onto the full priced items! Spotted the PP bodyshaper shorts and picked up a couple to try. 375g packs of Curiously Cinnamon. 600ml De-Icer. A new batch of phone accessories has appeared in the white cello packs.
The Christmas aisle has been replaced with the gardening section.A minute at the till, a lifetime on the bill.
Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels.

Re the PP Shape It Up! underthings. The big problem with most Spanx/any sort of compression wear is the lack of a pee hole!
Bought some for my mum as well. Still haven't tried mine!
Edit: Re the 50p "sale" items available, I added more pictures yesterday http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/poundland-core-range-50p-event-store-their-january-sale-50p-poundland-2594433
I bought a pair but when I got them home there was a small hole beside a seam. I didn't even try them on because that small hole would have become a massive hole once the garment was stretched. I actually failed to see how anyone younger than aged 8 would manage to get the garment on. The waistband measured about 18cm across when laid flat - no woman I know is that small. I think these items will just squeeze any flabby bits up and over the top of a waistband or below the legs. Good luck if anyone manages to get them on - have an ambulance on standby because I don't think you'll be able to breathe!0 -
I got honey and nut shredded wheat 500g packs BBE August 2017 for £1 each. The cheapest I've seen elsewhere is £2 per pack.0

Thank for the tip off on Pretty Polly shape wear.
I've done so well really weight loss, my M&S ones are so comfy now I'm not convinced they are doing the same job. :rotfl:
Picked up these in store today for a quid:
http://www.superdrug.com/Pretty-Polly/Pretty-Polly,-Shape-it-up,-Boy-Shaper-short,-Hot-Pink,-M-L/p/328601
They had a couple varieties to choose from and only my size in those, so got them. Seem decent quality.0 -
From the Argyle Street, Glasgow store - this store also sells Comfort Pure 21 Wash, Fairy Fabric Conditioner 22 Wash. Next comparable 33 Wash brand is the "Katie Elizabeth"-brand Esscents.
As this brand is owned by Cussons I thought it would be a better bet, and most washes for my £1.
On their online store too:
Jasmine & Lime 1 Litre http://www.poundland.co.uk/morning-fresh-jasmine-lime-fabric-conditioner-1l and
Mandarin & Peach Blossom, 1 Litre
http://www.poundland.co.uk/morning-fresh-fabric-conditioner-1-litre
(though looking more closely at the Poundland online pics, they seem to say 1 litre/30 Wash? Hmm!). Not sure what you'll receive, could be old pictures.
Also, Mudd Mask (haven't bought this for years! Great to see it's still available) in 50ml resealable pouches, up to 5 applications.0 -
I picked up some Max Factor False Lash Effect mascara in black, Max Factor Colour Expert black waterproof eyeliner and some of their Gel Effect nail polish in Flaming Pink at the weekend - all of which are great. The Eyeliner stays put much better than the £25 one I usually buy. I'm converted!0

Liquid eyeliner is one of the staples of my everyday makeup as I'm a huge liquid eyeliner fan (usually use NYC) and (pale) loose powder (again, NYC, though I think it's harder to get in the UK now?) - currently using Airspun which I'm having to buy from the US.
Wish Poundland would get some decent, pale loose powder in! I'd buy it by the bucketload!
Edit 10th Feb: Went round all my city centre Poundlands, nothing doing Max Factor-wise yet - seems to be mainly MF eyeshadow pencils!0 -
Got Dove Colour Radiance leave-in conditioning & care spray 200ml and L'Oreal EverPure (no sulphates) Colour Care protective mist with UV filter, also 200ml. Both can be used on either wet or dry hair to protect colour. Have tried the L'Oreal and can recommend - my hair looks great despite being nearly ready for colouring again - and been back to get more. These were in a Newcastle store, but worth keeping an eye out for elsewhere. Also got Mark Hill 'gym style' dry shampoo, which I use on my fringe on those between hair wash days!0

In true MSE style I have been looking at anti-histamines and currently Poundland have a promotion - 3 packs of seven for £1.00. Cetrizine or loratidine.A minute at the till, a lifetime on the bill.
