Went to the one in Stratford upon Avon yesterday - lots of good quality gardening items, Charlie Dimmock range. I got a mini poly tunnel, 2 multi seedling trays, a trowel, 3 packs of herb seeds, a solar powered little lamp for the garden that changes colour at night and a pack of face wipes...£7 for all....first time I shopped in one for years and will definitely go back soon

Cadbury highlights 220g jar. In Tesco today the jar has been redesigned and is only 154g in size but is £2.29 😗😗. I quite expected this to be one if the current £2 offers they have!

Also picked up a 21 pack of gold bars which is still a bargain as they were 6 (not even the 3 free bar packs) for 89p in B&M
No buying toiletries challenge - possibly for most of 2011,2012,2013,2014,2015!
    £1 in sealed pot for each UU (2011 135/500:D) 2012 have UU 130/400 (never realised I had a mini chemist under my bed!!!) :rotfl:2013 UU 156/350. 2014 UU 197/250 2015 UU 16/100

Quick trip to Argyle Street, Glasgow Poundland. The Cat variety of those Bob Martin (4 weeks') Flea & Tick Spot On Drops are in this store too.

Niece wanted me to pick up Fruit Winders - I told her I'd never seen them in Poundland - but sure enough, they had a 6 Roll pack http://imgur.com/7uJlPoO

And Douwe Egberts Classic Roast Instant Coffee 100ml Jars. Bit confusing as it's £2 on their website http://www.poundland.co.uk/douwe-egberts-classic-roast-100g but there were no signs up?

Poundstrecher are selling 200g jars for £2.99 at £1.50/100g. Next cheapest other than Poundstrecher and Poundland are Tesco at £4.49, followed by Sainsbury's at £4.50. These are also 200g jars and are roughly £2.25/100g though I suppose Poundland still beats these if you don't live near a Poundstrecher. Good find I guess otherwise.

It's happened rarely but I've seen it a few times - they either forgot to put up a £2 notice (or move it to a higher priced section). Or you will be able to buy it for £1.

Worth a try if anyone's going into that store I suppose!

The Percol London Blend Ground Coffee 200g was more of a bargain, found more last weekend and rather guiltily took the last packs. Kept finding empty boxes on the shelves so took the opportunity when it arose!

10,000 Posts Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
I popped into Poundland yesterday for the first time in weeks and was severely disappointed, and came out empty handed.

I needed some fun wrapping paper and Poundland sells it in 3m rolls. Card Factory sells it in 4m rolls for 99p. (I normally use gift bags, but this is for the LO's birthday and she will enjoy tearing the paper to shreds, so the cheaper the better).
