Popped in for some pile tries today and cast my eye over the biscuit aisle. I see that McVities have re-branded their biscuits as "Tasties", currently on a 2 for £1 promotion.

Twin pack of chocolate Hob nobs were £1 in my Poundland yesterday, are in Asda at £1 for each pack, bargain.

Confusingly, these weren't in the promotion. It governed ginger nuts, bourbons, coconut rings and ?Nice biscuits, not a HobNob in sight :o

I did come across Monatana chunky chocoalte chip cookies, 2 (packs of 8) for £1, exp Feb 16. Have just tried one with a cup of tea and this was a bad purchase. They are no a good quality product, and in fact taste stale. Consider yourself warned.

It is what happens when you mis-type the word toiletries and the tablet comes up with its own interpretation :D

Same as governed for covered :(

I was thinking it may have been pie trays.

Spotted some Dove Hand Creams 75ml and 3 different kinds today, all of course £1 - would make ideal stocking fillers.

Also finally found Caramac Buttons! :)

They were also putting Christmas wrapping paper in my local store today!

Also lots of 'Nu' notepads, ideal for the students among us!
