I did that as it seems to have wider interest than just the Poundland thread.
Excellent!
This is supposed to be a thread for posting (and finding) bargains at Poundland, but it's being clogged up with discussions on make up! Perhaps all the make up discussions could happen there instead, please?0 -
I've been surveilling Poundland for a picnic blanket for many weeks - so far only found a watreproof groundsheet. This came up on HDUK, will be good for next year now.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

These are TINY though, big enough for one adult or two children to eat on.
It does look like they're clearing through the summery things; I noticed the flat water bottles back in stock- got another pack just for the lids- plenty of picnicky things ready to put by for next year. They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.0 -

Their ground sheets are 2 meters x 1 metre; waterproof; and can be used as a picnic blanket.

I do apologise that you are finding it so exceptionally difficult to ignore half a dozen posts that don't interest you.
Some of you may remember a huge thread on here last year called 'Nail Polish Addicts Anonymous'. MSE decided that we were no longer allowed to link to our nail blogs in the thread so, we took the thread and moved it to its own popular forum

Anyone interested in polish in general can of course join us there. There is a section for polish grabbits as well as swaps and blog sales.0 -

If you need to lie down when you eat your picnic, then why not just buy two ground sheets: then you will have an area of 4 meters x 2 meters for the two of you?VfM4meplse wrote: »Its also not at all comfortable if you don't have a lot of meat on your bones - hence I had hoped the blanket might help!
Never been camping in a tent then? Skinny campers (dib, dib, dib) get use to sleeping on hard ground, unless they chicken out and get an airbed.:D I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but a thin picnic blanket won't make hard ground, any softer.RENTING?
