    Spotted today...

International Quick Drying Floor Paint - 750ml tin
International Tile Paint - 750ml tin

Wilkos sell these ranges for approx £12 (floor) & £20 (tile) a tin! Some tins had a tiny bit of rust on them and the choice of colours was very limited so I reckon it's probably old stock of discontinued colours but seems a bargain for a quid!

Taken a punt on the Chestnut Brown floor paint - if paying full price I wouldn't choose that colour but it's for a garden outbuilding so not too fussed about the floor colour when I'd rather spend my money on more exciting things :)

Also 500ml tins of Hammerite Radiator 'Shades' Paint which come in Dulux colours. Had a few different shades including a cream colour.

Also spotted some nice Coca-Cola trays - round, metal, drinks-type trays with red & white Coca Cola design.

Especially nice for anyone who loves retro American diner type stuff. I'm going to add one to a big hamper of American themed goodies as a Christmas gift :)

saw brio branded wooden train carriages in poundland uxbridge today, they make a noise when you press it. quite good as these type of things are normally quite expensive and brio is a v good brand. unfortunately only had one type available, not a variety

No, I went searching for a BB cover on Thurs in Stratford - plenty of nice designs, but no KC.

I needed a wallpaper edge roller. I already have one but it's in the garage somewhere and I can't find it. Anyway, Wilko's cheapest was £2.60 but it had a long handle that looked awkward to use. Nipped to Poundland and got one of theirs for a quid. The rollers are a bit variable in flatness so I had to pick through about a dozen to get the best one. They also have a raised seam which needed to be fettled with some sandpaper. Overall a good buy though and it did the job I bought it for.

Got some Nature Valley granola bars today they had Ginger Nut Crunch which are yummy & a chewy berry 1. £2.39 in supermarkets. Also they have bag's of 3 hair accessories, they are worth having a look at I picked 1 up with a box of 52 multicoloured polybands a nice hair bobble & a card with 2 satiny scrunchies (hey they're coming back) which were marked £5.50.
Also I got a till split with a £! off £10 spend valid until 31/10/12. So don't just dump your receipt.
