These would be their own-brand 'Signalex' cable I would have thought.
  • I will check in my local. Need a HDMI cable.
  • Anyone know what the length of these are please?

I have bought these in Harlow, Stevenage and Chelmsford Poundland stores. They have Pink and Silver options - though I've found the silver option hard to get hold of.

It is an iPod shuffle pack which consists of:

Ipod docking speaker - battery operated (3 AAA's) or can be plugged into your computers usb to play or charge
3 silicon ipod covers in different colours
    1 clear hard case cover
    1 cable tidy
    1 lanyard

And to sweeten the deal further play.com are selling the speaker on it's own for £5 as I checked it out on there. You can read reviews of it too. But at £1 it's a great purchase for all the stuff you get and the great sound quality for such a small speaker.

    HTH

Thank you!!! Sadly not gonna do me any good as I went in 5 local stores and not one to be seen :( Really needed one of each too. (I wasn't travelling between them from an MSE point of view, I have uni/work in them! lol)

    Bummer :(

Couldn't find these in my local or the optical leads someone else said they had. Which section are they in? By the blank CDs/DVDs, etc? Did pick up a 1.5m ethernet cable for £1 so visit not entirely futile.

My local, Wythenshawe Gtr Manchester had on Thursday:

    3 x Cadbury Creme Eggs
    After Eights
After Eight Santas (like Lindt Santas in foil, in green, a large size)
Neutradol and Air Wick Air Fresheners
    Maltesers and Toffifee (mmm!)
Terry's Chocolate Oranges (milk chocolate, hearts on box, looks like Valentine's stock)
'I love Mum' floral cup and coaster in a box, nice to put away
    Rechargeable NiMH Batteries
Asda Extra Special wrapping paper sets - holographic silver, with a length of ribbon and a nice gift tag. Priced £1.88. Suitable for women only as it shines pink!
Mops with either string or absorbent ribbon heads
    Mop bucket with squeezer
A nice selection of necklace, earring and bracelet sets, very pretty and not at all cheap looking.
Women's socks - Betty Boop, Little Miss and Disney
Men's socks - 3pk in black with coloured stripes - good quality

My next nearest branch, Manchester City in the Arndale Centre is much bigger and has 1.5kg sugar, 8 eggs, 4pint milk, and lots and lots of DVDs and books, noticed a lot of X Factor and Dancing on Ice DVDs and hard back autobiographies.

I've also noticed both branches selling Olay products - great for gift baskets and hampers - speaking of which, gorgeous large handled hampers in the Wythenshawe branch, obviously designed for Easter but would look brilliant all filled up and covered in cello as a gift.

They would be in the section that has mobile phone pouches, headphones etc. although sometime this sort of stuff is split between 2 areas.

The optical cables (1m long Signalex) seem to be in a lot of stores, but I did not see the HDMI ones last time they were posted here.
