I'm in Boscvegas on Friday but I bet they won't have any of those colour change balls! I'm lusting after the Phillips colour change light but it's £60 in B&q. Something like this might keep my wishing at bay!!!
If my words are missing letters then please excuse me....my keyboard is a tad dodgy!!

It's worth a look! Hard to say where you'll find this in the store though; at my local they were on an end-of-aisle shelf near the electronics/dvds. But since the display box said "toy", some stores may place them near the toys. I could also see these being with garden items, as it would like nice if you're sitting outside in the evening. Look for a white plastic orb inside a clear plastic bag (no writing on the bag, it's not even obvious what the item is unless you've seen similar before, which I had and wanted one, lol). hth

I got a glowing orb in the 99p stores a couple of weeks ago. It changes colours quite fast and you can't slow it down. It's hypnotic :)

  • Keighley still have the AWT GL diet book. Also a Life on Mars compendium for any fans out there. Plus I saw a lovely book based on a Channel 4 series about a vineyard (can't remember the name sorry!) and now regret not getting it! May have to go back down today.

Another senior moment there - just remembered, the vineyard book is about Monty Waldin and his experiences at Chateau Monty. I think the rrp was around £16.99.

Have thanked youfor this 'cos the reason for editing made me laugh :rotfl:

Anything to make it sound nicer than it is!! I had a flat in Boscombe Manor and made sure I emphasised the manor bit every time I said it!

There were loads of the orbs today in garden centre boxes at the front of the store. Don't think they'll last 2 mins though- I bought 2 and my 3 year old was just holding one and dropped it (he's only short so wasn't a great height). It's now a non colouring changing orb!!
