Both of those offers have now closed

You can't click on the link it doesn't work (the site blocks it rather than the OP doing it wrong btw ), you have to just go to the website and find Grazia - it's the Caudline offer on still.

Did anyone who subscribed to Marie Claire with the free Liz Earle gift recently receive their freebie gift? Apparently, on asking why I haven't received mine yet, it seems to have been lost in the post and I've been offered an alternative, much cheaper, gift. :(

Is this one any use? Free L'Occitane Divine Cream worth £62 with Grazia subscription:

Or this one, with Caudalie products (which I'm not familiar with):

I ordered the Grazia subscription with the L'Occitane cream - its absolutely gorgeous, definitely recommended.

    Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone in here could help me please. I'm looking to buy a mag subscription as a xmas presie for a female relative. She's in her 40's and likes magazines that she can read but also have competitions in. Currently she reads things like Chat and Take A Break. Anyone know of anywhere i can get a good deal on these magazines that doesn't lock me into a 12 month deal (thats bit too expensive tbh ideally want a quarterly or 6 month subcription that i don't have to renew) or a magazine i could get with a similar vein?

    Many thanks :A
  • BBC Magazines Christmas Offer

Hi there, the BBC are running a Christmas subscription deal :
    subscribeonline.co.uk/christmas

However : to get the best deal, you need a Promotional Code - for example, I want the Gardener's World sub which can be got for £25 with the promotion, but shows as £31.50 without.

This Christmas promotional code was sent out to people in the post : I got this, but I threw it away, and now I want to use it

Does anyone know the code to enter? Cheers all!

Sorry, I don't have a code. the cheapest I've seen it for is £34.99 with isubscribe, if you go through Quidco you can get £4 cashback. Or you could use £10.50 of Clubcard vouchers and get it from Tesco.

I ordered the Grazia subscription with free L'Occitane Divine Cream. I paid for the subscription upfront. However, got a letter through today saying the gift promotion was a limited offer and my order was received after the gift limit had been reached. Therefore I will not get the cream.

I am really cross about this - had I known, I would have waited for the next offer. It is also really annoying that they kept this deal on their website after the limit had obviously been reached. Had it been advertised in a magazine, I could have understood.

Anyone else experienced this? Any advice?

    Thanks

I watched BBC Watchdog this week with Martin Lewis on. He mentioned a similar thing happening with a free gift going wrong and saying that there would be a case for a refund.

If I were in your boots, I'd be calling/emailing the company to be fully refunded or cancel the subscription to immediate effect and the only thin that would talk me round would be cash to the value of the cream I was supposed to get/the cream itself. I think its really out of order for them to even send out the magazines if they have not got the cream, surely a computer can show on a very simple spreadsheet how many pots are allocated and when they run out? its the 21st Century for goodness sake!

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply - that's really useful particularly the part about it being on Watchdog. I will give them a call today.

Was expecting a fight on my hands but actually the women was really nice. She said I could cancel or I could just wait and pick out a gift when I saw something I liked. As I was keen on the magazine as well as the cream, I said that would be fine. So just have to keep my eyes peeled for a good deal.
