Magazine group still doing 8 issues for a £1 then £19.99 for next 26 issues . With quidco get £5.80 back.

Hi all i'm looking for a mag sub for a male mag for my brothers xmas present - idealy something like Esquire or GQ cant seem to find any offers out there - does anyone know of any please.

Newbie here.. never had a credit card and just got a debit card yesterday for the first time

very interested in the Digital SLR Photography 3 issues for a £1

Can you really just pay a £1 for the 3 issues and cancel... or do you pay hidden extras, will the publishers be annoyed with me for doing that and not going for the 6 issues for 18.99

So you sign up via debit direct

how many days time do you recieve your magazine... do you get all 3 or 1 per month, so on the 3rd month they will take £1 pound out your account.. and then £18.99 on the fourth month

if not when is the right time to close your Direct Debit and how

sorry for being so simple... never had one of these plastic cards before for money, just one for getting books out the libary

Can you keep doing this again & again other magagines (EVO Top gear) (£1 for 3 issuses and cancel quickly) or just the once

You sign up for the Direct Debit and they should tell you when they will take the £1, it will either before or very soon after you have received your first magazine. It depends when the next issue is due as to when you receive it, i.e. what time of month you have signed up. You will receive 1 magazine a month for 3 months. The best thing to do is cancel the Direct Debit the minute you receive the 2nd magazine as they are likely to start charging you the full direct debit pretty soon after the 3rd magazine has arrived.
Yes you can keep doing this but be careful to cancel the Direct Debits!
I have heard on here stories of where people have been banned from certain magazines but that's quite rare!
