Just wondering if anyone else isnt receiving free gifts from magazines

So far I have not received the babyliss and Harding gift from cosmopolitan magazine, the little black dress kit from woman's health(although they are supposed to be sending a replacement which I have not received either) and goody bag from heat

It would be interesting to know if it's just me or has anyone else not received these?

I received the goody bag from heat on Saturday and I am still waiting for the Health and Fitness gift but I know they are having problems with that one.

All my other gifts have arrived fine, any problems I have hd have been sorted out with an email or phone call.

I've neither received the Scholl Fit Feet Kit (Ordered August 2013) nor the Little Black Dress Kit (Ordered November 2013) from Woman's Health despite numerous telephone calls; I have a free day tomorrow and am going to email them hoping to live up to my acidic moniker. The Elemis Bath Milk gift came fine with my sister's sub that I gifted her; in reply to an earlier chase-up call: "Yes, snotty-customer-(non)advisor, I am taking this VERY personally"!!!!

You're having a massive run of bad luck, but I can sympathise with your predicament. I'm going to email the magazine EDITOR because I'm fed up dealing with rude plebians and getting nowhere; I suggest you do likewise.
