The link seemed valid, but my subscription is going to start from Issue 2 because although they say issue 1 is out 24/04/14, they can't set the DD up until 21/05/14 (eh?!!!)

Hope this isn't as clear as mud and you manage to get your trial subscription!!

I applied for the Zest subscription offering a free hair care set, received no freebie and rather than send me the agreed substitute when zest got cancelled, my subscription was cancelled.
I've emailed and phoned Hearst several times but no joy. The staff assure you that the gift and refund has been sent out.
To be honest, I should stop hassling them, it's just time consuming and frustrating.


My advice, make sure you cancel your direct debit so that you aren't being charged unnecessarily

Nope! I'm still waiting, I even emailed them to let them know I moved address, they replied and said to wait 28 days for my Benefit gift to arrive, Still waiting! I've cancelled my DD after they took the £6 and I hated the magazine, totally not my style at all!
