Did anyone receive this Sanctuary set? I have just searched my emails for another sub and this one came up and reminded me. I contacted them in Nov and they replied that there was a delay in stock but nothing ever arrived. I've just sent another email giving them a nudge.

Thanks for that DS but despite the assertion that "FREE AA multi-function key-chain with all £1 Trials", I'm not sure you'd get the free gift unless you continued the subscription after the 1st 6 issues as the terms then state "Please note: the free gift will be sent upon successful payment completion of the follow on subscription term."

Anybody had any experience of this?

Yeah minecame okay, arrived really quickly, as mentioned though the magazine is no more!

They should still have moved you over to another sub though and honoured the gift or sent an alternative.

I think they were moving subscribers over to health & fitness or something similar.

Just received my Cosmopolitan Bayliss & Harding gift set. I have waited long time for it and ofc had to email few times before they finally posted it. It was 3 issues for £3 trial gift. It is lovely

I've been emailing about not receiving a dove hair care set from a Cosmo 3 for £3 since November, they kept doing nothing about it then finally emailed me yesterday to say that as I'd now cancelled my direct debit they weren't sending it! Great customer service there. Glad you got your gift though!
