As it's been over 28 days, I email about my missing free gift. Apparently due to the high demand the gifts quickly ran out. They are now sending an alternative.

My email was dated 28/3 and it does say to allow 28 days for delivery - which will also be separate to your magazine - but if you'd like to get in contact before the Easter break, the details are:
