It would be useful if you people going back can confirm that you were "UNBUNDLED" by TalkTalk?

I have just returned to BT from TalkTalk. There was no reconnection fee. I am taking Sky's broadband as well as a 3 mobile broadband usb.
Thats news, what are you opinions of the Sky broadband. I have heard terrible things of their service.
Also would be interesting in these case studies to know how far before the end of the contract people left.0 -
I left 3 months before end of 18 month sentence. No charge for return to BT from TT LLU. Since then had totally uninterrupted phone/broadband service.
As for Sky, their unbundled product is actually well regarded but their connect package on BT's network is poor.
Will get their LLU when it comes to my exchange.“I look like Spiderman at a funeral”~ Karl Pilkington0 -

We're leaving after almost 3 years of service. We had no problems for the first 18 months on the talk 3 international plan; great deal. But the last 12 months have been atrocious. It started with intermittent noise on my line to continous noise. Followed later by persistant disconnection problems for the last 7 months.
I've made 3 threats to leave talktalk , over correspondence, in the last 12 months unless these issues were resolved and although the staff were nice the issues still persist. Thay also didn't try to stop us leaving, and offered advice on how to leave (think they know they're stretched). Shame, but we had to leave.
Because we want international calls to the US, I don't think this will be our last move. But we will not be moving back to TalkTalk.0 -
Hi
when I left TalkTalk I wisely cancelled my direct debit first, good job I did as It took them at least 6 months of me calling before I could persuade them that I'd actually not received their BB for that time.
I spoke to loads of people who said that they'd sort it, I even spoke to a nice gentleman who was sitting in South Africa but alas he wasnt able to get it sorted either, after speaking to someone who told me they were in England It got sorted in a couple of days though. They cancelled the bill they'd sent for the months they'd tried to charge me when I'd not been a customer but I dont think to this day I've had a proper apology.
With Tiscali now but I've had reports of friends who dont like them either.0
