Hi,

Is there any chance that the diaries over on DFWB can have a separate bored like the B/R one? The reason is I feel that there is a possibility that some of those newbies who are need might be missed amongst all the long diary threads.

Just an idea but I di think it would make the bored easier to read.;)

This has been suggested before by different people in the recent past.

A poll on the topic was even set up by MSE Andrea HERE which is still 'live' so could be worth a bump if you wanted to get a current discussion going on the topic.

It might well be a better idea that instead of shifting the diaries which can be very inspirational and helpful to newbies that the daily chat threads had their own sub board?

Not sure that is a such a good idea either, As there is only one chat thread daily and then the night owls. Which does not usually start coming alive until really quite late. I do think and it has been mentioned before about having a sub board for DCA problems as there are so many. With a sticky having template letters etc requesting CCAs. We have some fab letters but they all get lost in posts along the way. But if they were in the same place then newbies would be able to find them quickly. Asking for letters is one of the commonest questions being asked. Could it please be considered. Pretty please. Thank you.

When I suggested chat threads I really meant "non-debt" type thread such as stopping smoking, alcohol, challenges, what have you spent today, what have you done today which at that time in the morning there were quite a few, but it is just a suggestion.

Problem with putting all DCA problems in a sub board is newbies who have the type of problems you mention wouldn't realise they should post them there and then they would have to be moved whereas the chattier threads are generally started by old timers who would know where to put them?
