Valli - heres a copy of something I've posted a few times re meal plans hope it helps

I now meal plan as follows
    1 x Roast day
    1 x Pasta day
    1 x Rice day
    1 x Meat day
    1 x Fish day
    1 x Snack day
    1 x Other day

Many thanks for that; I have copied and pasted it into word so I'll have a go. I have been pondering it and have decided what I will need to do is make some of my own ready meals, and I also need to leave stuff the kids can cook themselves - though both are learning, beautifully, and I trust them in the kitchen. It's catering for the little quirks that sometimes causes a prob, For instance, after a roast I would do enough veg for a repeat the next day but DS will not eat the same meal 2 days runnning. Have to say I feel that's not unreasonable. So i could strip, say, the chicken, and use it for wraps, sweet and sour etc.

    Once again, thanks :T

:A Well I've dried yesterdays brought-back-in-cos-it's-raining load, and ironed it.

  • Well, the weekend with my friend went really well, aided by several bottles of wine!

Bedding stripped off and out of machine and on the line. Hope that the rain stays away but doubt it.
