Other than what Olly300 has said you also need to raise it with Otelo, they are the Telecommunications Ombudsman, Ofcom doesn't deal with individual cases but do report it to them too so it's on thier database

I've had problems with Three in the past and was surprised at the lack of information their site has provided causing me to do my own research and I created the Three Complaints Blog to provide all my collective research on how to complain to them. Don't let Three get away with their mistakes. They seem to be making a lot lately.

The financial Ombudsman deals with companies within the Financial services sector and not mobile phone companies (i.e. any company which provides insurance or investments)
