AOL Users: Can you access the BE Broadband site?

I can't access billing, they said its cos they are upgrading all data onto new system. I am on the new server and since the last update can not get onto live help thru aol or email help at all. it tells me to come back after monday, thats been about 4 weeks now. They said to me all is fine there end, must be me. Yet I can get it thru IE! Grrr:mad:

I'm on AOL, and the BE site works OK for me.

I tried their speed checker, and they weren't impressed with my 1.7meg connection... asked for my phone number, and after much fanfare said they could "improve" it to 1.1meg.

I'm on a very long line with attenuation of 60dB inbound, my s/n is about 4 or 5 dB on a good day.. but is often less than 0 in the evening, but the DG834G keeps hanging on

The only drops I've had so far were during the lightning storm last week.
