AOL Users: Can you access the BE Broadband site?

Friend of mine is on AOHell - no matter what he does he cant access www.bethere.co.uk - he's reported it to AOL and they said there was no problems on thier end

Any AOL users here who can test and see? If AOL are deliberatly blocking access to compeition websites, would that violate some sort of competition law?

On AOL and it works for me no problem.

Hmmmm - seem's to be just him then, pherhaps theres somethong on his local exchange causing a problem (cant really see what though).

Will ask him to try the IP adresss

www.bethere.co.uk was one of the sites I could not access once moved to AOL new servers. Also had problems with onemorelevel.com and Quidco and other cashback sites.

Quidco was fixed pretty quickly. I asked AOL about the others and they agreed there was a problem and hopefully sorted that weekend (couple of months ago).

Just tried bethere and it was ok, but still can't access one more level

e.g http://www.onemorelevel.com/game/ultranium_2

I know it is AOL related as used to be able to access no problem and also can access with a dial up provider.

Can you access account management going via http://help.aol.co.uk/

I noticed it says new online account management area, so was hopeful I could access account without going into AOL software, but getting message
