We provide a free and independent service. Our job is to investigate complaints fairly by listening to both sides of the story and looking at the facts.We deal with complaints made against Chartered Surveying Firms which have joined the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and become a member of the Surveyors Ombudsman Service. We can only look at your problem if one of our members is involved, so it is very important that you check this first.
