PLEASE only apply for these if you will display them. the pig industry loses £26 on every pig sold and £6 per SECOND!! :eek:
So if you can afford it, please pay that extra few pence for the BRITISH pork on the supermarket shelf or even better, buy from a local butcher if you can.
before you apply for the campaigning freebies (which i hope you WILL display, as I am going to), I urge you to sign your support to the poor pig farmers of Britain, before they go extinct]

Fully agree with you.
I won't buy any meat unless it's British. Same goes for apples, pears, strawberries , veg etc. I just wait 'till stuff is in season - and grow my own.
