Why is one of your payday loans at 450 per month? Is the total monies owed payable at once?

Yes thats right, that payday loan is always paid in full, bu the i take it out again every month.

I have an appointment with CCCS in 10 days on the telephone.

Also if a loan isn't credit checked when applied for and doesn't currently appear on credit record, can the company still record the information on my credit record?

Somwhere cheaper to live- I am currently tied to my contract, but I am looking for somwhere cheaper.

It's extremley difficult when you don't have and can't get a deposit together!

Do you live in a houseshare? Would you not get the deposit back from the place you currently live in to secure another property, or could someone loan you the deposit temporarily, what are the credit limits on your credit cards?

  • I'm up to the limit on all credit cards, and i'm actually in £500 of arrears on 1 of them!

On that one I failed to keep to the internal arrangement and now my account has been passed to the debt collection agency.

The deposit is paid one month after moving out, and no-one can give me the money temporarily-i've already tried!

You're right, I'm in serious problems at the moment!

Is it a houseshare? If it is not, could you take in a lodger to help towards the rent?

Is there anything else we should know about, you know what the CCCS are going to recommend don't you?, you don't have any surplus for a DMP.

Why are you a month behind with rent, where is the money being spent? Are you gambling? (sorry, I don't want to offend, but this situation is getting worse every minute, I still thinking though!)
