I'm in severe debt and I work in a bank!!!

how about putting together a time line of getting into the financial difficulties (by the way when you were scammed did you report it to the police and get a crime reference number? If you did then you could include that in the timeline) and then continue the timeline on showing how you have paid off significant amounts of the debt, and to show them how you will be continuing to pay it off in the future.

I did not report to the police because it is a legal matter and not a criminal matter.
Further, I cannot produce a timeline because they told me that they only care about whats happening now.0 -

Ok then I guess what you tell them is that you HAD financial problems due to the scam, and that now you are making every effort to repay the money and have repayed x% of the total debt, and that you will be back to normal repayments or whatever in x months time. That way they can see that you are not a risk going forward.

I already have said that.
We'll just have to wait and see what happens.0 -
They have told me that the job offer is longer there!
They said that girl that was leaving has decided to stay after all!!!
I think that this is just an excuse and perhaps they didn't feel, that in the end they could employ me with my credit problems.
I am gutted, absoloutley gutted!

I am sorry to read that the job is longer available.
You have to move on with the debt busting, complete an SOA and we will help you reduce your outgoings, there is no point in thinking of the past, tomorrow is the future, we can help you reduce your monthly outgoings in order for you to repay your debts quicker and therefore get the job you really want.
The "job" wasn't meant to be, don't ponder on it, look forward and we are here to help.

OK, you have a surplus of £300 per month, but you haven't entered any monthly repayments in for your debt? What are the monthly repayments? Without these its difficult to make an assessment of your situation.
I have added one or two comments in the SOA.

The personal loan does not show up on my credit report for any major credit reference agency.0 -
I'm not going to beat around the bush, you need professional help, you need to speak to one of the debt charities, like CCCS, Payplan or National Debt Line. I know you work in a bank, and you "can't" go bankrupt, but even moving somewhere much much cheaper and ditching the mobile you still wouldn't meet the deficit, I off to make a coffee and have a think.
