What has the sex of other posters got to do with the issue?
The shoe gave you a blister....get over it. If you still had the shoes you could have tried softening the leather where it's rubbing. New shoes can cause some discomfit until worn in.
Perhaps you should just pay to have your shoes hand made.
they are man haters. u can tell by the way they are replying back to me.
the shoes did not give me blisters. they are fault badly made. i am entitled to a refund. schuh want to screw me.0 -
Did you bother to walk in the shoes before you bought them?0

I repeat. I don't hate men....I found myself at the top of the aisle with one.
I would hazard a guess that Schuh would like to screw you......its a personal vendetta mate I would burn the store down.0 -
similar thing happened to me with faith. where the insole 'moved'. they only refunded me coz the staff in the shop were NOT helpful and refused to refund so i emailed head office and complained about the staff while i was at it. in the end they sent them to a 'mender' who said they 'cant mend it' (OBVIOUSLY!!!) and they gave me £20 and the option of 'keeping the boots to get another mender to do it'. needless to say i got a refund plus £20.
anyway back to OP, persevere. is it a genuine 'injury' or just rubbing of new shoes?? be honest! my left foot is bigger than right so i have to gage?! shoes differently. what fits for the right, doesnt for the left!
do schuh do refunds anyway?? or just eschanges?? if so they are harder places to get refunds even when faulty. when 1st refused u shoulda argued your case till they got sick of ya and refunded ya n e way, OR gone home and ripped them sumwhere and then screamed faulty. they woulda refunded instantly.0 -
